• Re-engineering and establishing a business plan for the training function for Telecom Malysia and its Training Centre. (Telekom Malaysia)
• Defining the decision-making procedures, organisational structure and job profiles under the Chairman of Board of Sri Lanka Telecom. This consultancy was related to the privatisation process (ITU for Sri Lanka Telecom)
• Initial development of international management training concepts (as an assistant project leader) and thereafter take responsibility as manager for the operations and development of a number of different interantional management training and competence development concepts and programmes (Televerket, Swedish Telecom)
• Engaged by Top Tech Studies, a branch of Delft University, for a number of years, as a guest lecturer in Economic and Financial viability and sensitivity analysis. The cases and references have been related to telecom and information communications investment programs (Delft University)
